Senedd Members, shooting groups and chefs gathered at the Senedd for an evening feast in celebration of Welsh Game. The event organised by partner members of Aim to Sustain and Game Meat Wales was kindly sponsored by Samuel Kurtz MS Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire and Llyr Gruffydd MS for North Wales. The evening’s host chef , Michelin starred Hywel Griffith of The Beach House in Oxwich, showcased his culinary talent cooking with Welsh game alongside the very able compere Mr Rhys Llywelyn.
